Compensation Note:  This is a per diem, per-visit position. Compensation is paid per completed visit, not as a traditional hourly schedule. The hourly range shown is included because the job board requires a standard salary format and does not offer a “per visit” option. Actual earnings will vary based on the number and type of visits accepted. Because visits may vary in length, the effective hourly equivalent may vary depending on the time required to complete each visit.

Special Touch currently pays $125 per initial visit and $100 per 6-month reassessment visit in Brooklyn , which represents a strong and competitive per-visit rate for comparable RN field work.

Special Touch Home Care's Field Supervisor RNs are responsible for conducting initial evaluations and reassessments of home care clients. Job Duties

Special Touch Home Care's Field Supervisor RNs are responsible for conducting initial evaluations and reassessments of home care clients in the field. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, build meaningful relationships with clients, and play an important part in maintaining quality patient care in the home setting. These supervisory visits are conducted to assess clinical needs, observe caregiver performance, and help ensure that caregivers are knowledgeable, competent, and properly trained. The RN Field Supervisor is also responsible for internal case management and related documentation. This position is ideal for caring professionals seeking a flexible weekday schedule with one-on-one patient interaction and field-based oversight responsibilities.

Requirements

• Current and valid NYS RN License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year of RN home care field experience required
• Excellent patient care and assessment skills
• Experience with UAS assessment/documentation is a plus
