Description - Your Role Will Involve

• Conducting both routine and advanced clinical lab tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following established protocols meticulously.
• Evaluating test results for precision, addressing discrepancies, and performing necessary preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Engaging with specimen collection and preparing samples for examination when required.
• Thoroughly documenting all procedures, training new staff or interns, and maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensuring a clean and safe workspace, while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your tenure with us.
