Warehouse AssociateShift: M-F-6am-6pm- Weekends As Needed (Must be able to work an 8 hour shift in this time range)Location: Lewisville, TX 75067 Pay: $16.50 per hourJob ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick, pack, ship and prepare automotive parts according to order specifications.Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory and shipments.Verify orders for accuracy, quality, and completeness prior to shipment.Organize, stage, and move products to support shipping and receiving operations.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse guidelines.Assist with general warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.Qualifications & RequirementsPrevious warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience required.Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.Work EnvironmentAutomotive parts warehouse and distribution setting.Fast-paced, productivity-driven environment.Requires prolonged standing, walking, and repetitive physical activity.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required based on department or job assignment.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
