We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Operations Associate to support our legal team in managing daily operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of responsibilities, including answering incoming phone calls, maintaining legal files, managing correspondence, supporting staff with document processing and other duties as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency with office software. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our legal department by organizing files, coordinating mail and supplies, and assisting with various administrative duties. This position offers an opportunity to develop legal operations experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Create, organize, and maintain legal files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance. Copy, scan, and upload documents accurately into digital systems. Determine proper classification and filing of documents to maintain organized records. Maintain and organize the file room for efficiency and accessibility. Sort, deliver, pick up, and drop off mail as needed. Order office supplies to support daily operations. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the legal team.

Qualifications: Excellent oral communication, writing, analytical, and organizational skills. Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently. At least one year of legal filing or administrative experience preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Computer Skills: Proficiency with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with digital file management systems. Physical Considerations: May be required to lift items up to 20 lbs.
