Role Description

Привет! На связи команда ggsel — мы ищем сильного PHP Team Lead, который поможет нам масштабировать продукт и команду.

Сейчас продукт находится на этапе серьезной трансформации, и мы собираем сильную инженерную команду. У нас уже работают ребята из Додо, Яндекс.Маркета, Самоката и Авито. Мы переосмысляем рынок цифровых товаров и ищем лидера, который поможет выстроить устойчивую backend-разработку.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

Лидировать backend-команду (планирование, декомпозиция задач, развитие инженеров в количестве 7-10 человек);
Участвовать в формировании технической стратегии и архитектуры продукта;
Проектировать масштабируемые и отказоустойчивые решения;
Контролировать качество кода и внедрять инженерные практики (code review, тестирование, CI/CD);
Развивать и оптимизировать текущие сервисы и API;
Взаимодействовать с продуктом, аналитикой, фронтендом и QA;
Принимать участие в найме и адаптации разработчиков;
Вести техническую документацию и улучшать процессы разработки.

Qualifications

Опыт backend-разработки на PHP (Laravel) от 5 лет;
Опыт управления командой разработки или выполнения роли техлида;
Глубокое понимание архитектуры высоконагруженных систем;
Уверенные навыки проектирования API и работы с БД;
Опыт работы с Elasticsearch;
Практика написания тестов (Unit, E2E, PHPUnit);
Опыт работы с Docker и современными dev-практиками;
Английский на уровне чтения технической документации.

Requirements

Опыт масштабирования команд и продуктов будет плюсом;
Уверенная работа с Linux будет плюсом;
Опыт внедрения процессов разработки (CI/CD, code review culture, performance practices) будет плюсом.
