About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial management, including accounting oversight, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. This role demands a professional with the technical strength of a Controller and the strategic acumen of a CFO, capable of building and maintaining robust financial processes. The Vice President of Finance will also be involved in multi-location, multi-entity, or multi-state financial reporting and consolidations, and must be adept at connecting financial results to operational drivers. Experience in a decentralized service business, such as healthcare, hospitality, or property management, is highly valued. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Finance include owning the integrity and timeliness of financial information, developing management reports that link financial results to operational performance, and leading the budgeting and forecasting process. The role also involves establishing and maintaining internal controls, partnering with the executive team on financial decisions, and supporting the organization in its mission to serve residents and their families. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a CPA or comparable background, and a proven track record in a senior financial leadership role. Strong technical accounting, financial management, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to work with modern financial and data management tools.
