Plaza Del Amo Animal Hospital, one of South Bay's most established and trusted veterinary hospitals, is seeking an experienced Managing Veterinarian to join our highly collaborative, multi-doctor team in beautiful Torrance, CA. Leadership & Mentorship As Managing Veterinarian, you'll play a central role in shaping the culture, clinical standards, and growth of our team. You'll oversee day‑to‑day hospital operations, support and mentor associate veterinarians, and serve as a key point of contact between the medical team and hospital leadership. Who We're Looking For We're seeking a confident, experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role in a fast‑paced, well‑equipped environment. Ideal candidates will have: 5+ years of clinical experience , with strong surgical and dental skills preferred. Proven leadership ability — experience managing or mentoring a veterinary team is a strong plus.
