Senior GMP QA Specialist - Lead Quality & Compliance
Bachem Holding AG
Bachem Americas is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen GMP compliance across manufacturing and QC operations in Vista, CA. You will review GMP documents, support real-time batch record review, lead audits, and drive LEAN GMP improvements with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include reviewing and approving GMP documentation, investigations (OOS), and training others to elevate quality culture while ensuring regulatory readiness and continuous process improvement.
