Summary: Under the direction of the Principal, perform specialized and complex technical and administrative clerical support duties within an assigned school office; prepare and maintain a variety of manual and automated records and reports related to assigned activities; ensure smooth and efficient office operations; translate communications between personnel and non-English speaking parents and members of the community. Minimum qualifications: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and three years of increasingly responsible clerical experience involving public contact. Experience with Windows, Excel, Publisher, Google Docs is highly desired. Applications not completed in its entirety will not be considered.
