FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (DATA ASSISTANT) (FULL TIME)

Position We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (DATA ASSISTANT) position. Location Location: 700 Bellevue Way, Bellevue, WA 98004. Requirement Requirement: Previous Microsoft Excel and data entry experience is required. Job Duties Maintain operational databases and ensure accuracy and alignment across spreadsheets, online menus, ordering platforms, and related systems. Coordinate vendor information and communications, including weekly menus and schedules, shared inbox monitoring, confirmations, and recordkeeping. Support data and operational needs, including meal quality and portion audits, compliance documentation, vendor deliveries, and additional Data Manager support as assigned. Additional Job Duties Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Performs other duties as assigned. Pay Range Pay Range: $26.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour.
