Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will perform traditional accounting duties, account reconciliations and duties related to monthly accounting close. Successful Candidate will possess: Extensive knowledge of CDK/ADP Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and Corporate Credit Card Administration Extensive knowledge of Manufacture, Bank and F/P reconciliations Extensive knowledge of Sales Tax Returns Extensive knowledge in Automotive Billing Extensive knowledge of CIT/ Banking Reports Extensive knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Working knowledge of dealership financial statements Working knowledge of most accounting office positions Working knowledge of positive pay Working knowledge of finance reserves Education and/or Experience Minimum of a High School diploma required. 3 years of dealership accounting experience is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is required.
