- Assist with full-cycle recruitment for exempt/nonexempt staff
- Collaborate with managers to define position requirements and create job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical employee files
- Manage HRIS data entry for new hires, terminations, transfers, and salary updates.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO).
- Facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring all onboarding paperwork is completed and filed.
- Process employee status changes and maintain organizational charts.
