As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee clinical operations during evening shifts and play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care. • Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts

• Monitor resident care to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with care plans

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Lead in emergency situations and assist with clinical decision-making

• Complete documentation and reports accurately and on time

• Foster a positive, professional, and resident-centered work environment

 

RN Skills and Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Connecticut (required)

• Prior supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to excellence in resident care
