We integrate evidence-based care, including medication management, TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), ketamine-based therapies, SPRAVATO®, and psychotherapy, to deliver comprehensive, personalized treatment. We are expanding access to innovative mental health care across Florida. Day 1 Opportunity: Sarasota Launch This is a unique opportunity to join on day one of our brand-new Sarasota clinic. You will help shape the patient experience, establish high-quality clinical workflows, and build local referral relationships from the start, with a clear path for expanded clinical leadership as we grow. About the Role We are hiring a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and related conditions. You will work collaboratively with our psychiatrists, therapists, and interventional treatment teams, including TMS, and ketamine-based therapies to deliver high-quality outcomes in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities Clinical Care Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including typical 60-minute initial assessments Provide ongoing medication management and evidence-based treatment planning Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, including side effects, interactions, and polypharmacy considerations Coordinate or refer patients for interventional treatments, including TMS, ketamine-based therapies, and SPRAVATO®, when clinically appropriate Provide brief supportive therapy and psychoeducation as clinically indicated Integrated Care & Collaboration Collaborate with therapists and interventional treatment teams to deliver coordinated, whole-person care Participate in case reviews and multidisciplinary team meetings Coordinate with PCPs, specialists, and community resources Help grow and maintain a strong local referral network Documentation & Compliance Maintain timely, high-quality documentation in the EMR Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable state and federal regulations, including DEA requirements Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Graduate degree: MSN or DNP with PMHNP specialization Active Florida APRN license, or ability to obtain promptly Board certification as PMHNP-BC through ANCC, or equivalent PMHNP certification Active DEA registration, or ability to obtain promptly Eligibility to prescribe controlled substances in accordance with Florida requirements Strong diagnostic skills and comfort managing complex outpatient psychopharmacology BLS certification required ACLS preferred or required based on clinic protocols, or willingness to obtain Required Skills Experience with treatment-resistant depression and complex outpatient psychiatry Familiarity with TMS, ketamine-based therapies, SPRAVATO®, or interventional psychiatry workflows Outpatient clinic experience Interest in clinical growth and leadership, including workflow ownership, mentorship, and referral development Preferred Skills Multidisciplinary model with therapy, interventional treatment teams, and psychiatry support Required physician collaboration and protocol arrangements provided as applicable under Florida requirements Opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities as the clinic scales Equal Opportunity Statement HOPE Therapeutics is an equal opportunity employer.
