What You Are Good At Analytical ability – Able to effectively review information and data in order to identify issues and opportunities Prioritizing: Operate in a fast-paced environment effectively managing competing priorities and responsibilities to meet critical deadlines. Responsibilities Handling retail and advisory client orders, focusing on timely order entry with a focus on execution quality. Monitoring adverse price movements (e.g., in 0DTE options) and ensuring proper, non-risky execution. Continual search to improve routing strategy and technology to increase business while focusing on best execution. Qualifications & Skills Proven track record in options trading/execution. Strong understanding of options pricing, volatility, and strategy, including credit spreads. 3-7 years of experience trading Options. FINRA registrations— Series 7, 57, 4 —are strongly preferred or required within the first few months of employment. The ability to process large amounts of complex data quickly to make informed real-time decisions. Maintaining composure and decisiveness in fast-paced, high-stress environments. Strong numerical skills for mental calculations and understanding complex financial problems.
