Parts Associate

Job DescriptionAs a Parts Associate, you'll work side by side with our Parts Manager, keeping the parts department running accurately and efficiently. You'll be the connection point between our inventory, our technicians, and our customers — making sure the right parts are ordered, received, stocked, and ready when they're needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in being detail-oriented, organized, and a dependable teammate.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n• Receive, verify, and stock incoming parts deliveries\n• Maintain accuracy in parts inventory and records\n• Order parts and follow up on open orders, back orders, and ETAs\n• Work directly with technicians and mechanics to get them the parts they need\n• Assist customers at the parts and service window, by phone, and via email\n• Keep the parts cage, shelving, and storage areas clean and well-organized\n• Support the Parts Manager with day-to-day department tasks as needed\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n• Highly organized and detail-oriented — accuracy matters in this role\n• Enjoys working as part of a team in a busy parts department\n• Strong communication and follow-through with customers and coworkers\n• Comfortable with computers and parts/inventory systems\n• Experience with construction or heavy equipment parts is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person\n• Reliable, punctual, and ready to pitch in wherever needed\n\nWhat We Offer\n• Competitive hourly pay, based on experience\n• Full-time, consistent weekday schedule (no nights or weekends)\n• A modern, well-equipped facility and a supportive, growth-minded team\n• The opportunity to grow with a company that's expanding fast\n\nElite Field Service is an equal opportunity employer.\n\n To apply: email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io\n
