Marketing Lead Graphic Design

Alfred Williams & Company is seeking a talented Marketing Graphic Designer with a proven ability to translate conceptual ideas into impactful visual content. As a key member of our team, you'll create compelling digital and print assets that engage our audience and consistently reinforce our brand identity.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage digital assets that align with sales strategies across multiple channels, including engaging social media content and imagery.Write, edit and design print marketing materials, such as proposals, training documents and client-facing collateral, that clearly communicate our story and brand.Create branded collateral for events and client interactions to elevate our presence and engagement.Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining visual and messaging integrity.Track trends and gather feedback related to competitive proposals, conduct analysis to identify growth opportunities and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.Build brand awareness through social media campaigns by establishing goals, timelines and execution strategies for maximum impact.Desired Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.Familiarity with interactive content platforms such as Ceros is beneficial but not required.Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, balancing both long-term initiatives and short-term priorities while meeting deadlines.Excellent collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset for developing creative ideas and solutions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of three years of marketing experience.Why Join Alfred Williams & Company?Join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Alfred Williams & Company.
