Responsibilities Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth platforms Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to guide therapy Maintain accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive work culture Requirements ✅ Education & Licensure Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Current Ohio LPC or LPCC license in good standing Prior experience with telehealth preferred but not required ✅ Experience & Competencies Minimum of 1 year of clinical counseling experience Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence‑based practices Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client engagement Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems ✅ Preferred Experience with diverse client populations and settings Training in trauma‑informed care and/or mindfulness practices Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team environment Benefits At Thrive Counseling Services, we believe that when our team thrives, our clients do too.
