Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr What you’ll do Maintain safety of the Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following Company standards; and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies by properly handling claims and returns; zoning the area; receiving and stocking merchandise; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; removing damaged goods; signing and pricing merchandise; completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation; and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs; locating merchandise and assisting with purchasing decisions; providing Deli products to Members; resolving issues and concerns; and promoting the Company’s products and services. Follow Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures when stocking merchandise; cleaning freezer/cooler/deli area; monitoring fans, drains and doors for proper operation; and reporting issues to Management. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
