Registered Nurse (RN) | Willits, CA

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients using the nursing process and established standards of care

• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care needs

• Support patient safety initiatives and promote a healing, compassionate care environment

• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to nursing and ancillary staff as appropriate

What You’ll Bring:

• Active California RN license required

• Acute care nursing experience preferred

• BSN preferred

• Current BLS certification required

• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer

• PALS certification required

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
