Registered Nurse (RN) | Willits, CA
Join a compassionate healthcare team in the heart of Northern California’s redwood country. Adventist Health Howard Memorial is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive and patient-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients using the nursing process and established standards of care
Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care needs
Support patient safety initiatives and promote a healing, compassionate care environment
Supervise and delegate responsibilities to nursing and ancillary staff as appropriate
What You’ll Bring:
Active California RN license required
Acute care nursing experience preferred
BSN preferred
Current BLS certification required
ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer
PALS certification required
Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
