COME WORK WITH A GREAT TEAM! Daily cleaning tasks: Bathrooms: clean and disinfect all interactive surfaces (toilets, sinks, mirrors, product dispensers, door knobs, light switches, etc). Empty trash. Sweep and mop floors. Fill and restock paper products and soaps. Kitchen and break room: clean and disinfect all interactive surfaces (sinks, counters, tables, chairs, etc). Empty trash. Sweep and mop floors. Stairs to office: disinfect railings, light switch, and door knobs. Office: empty trash, vacuum rug, sweep and mop floors as needed. Store lobby / entrance: clean rugs, sweep and mop as needed. Register / store front: detail sweep and edges includes around registers and under all racks and displays, up to around candy. Entire store: touch up sweep areas auto scrubber cannot pick up. Main concern aisles: bird seed, grass seed, potting soils, cement mix, visible lint (clothing area). Auto scrub ¾ of the store, always front and main aisles. All tags, packing, product found on floor, put in a basket at the service desk. End of shift: clean and basic maintenance of all cleaning tools and machines. Includes; mops, buckets and dry mops. Auto scrubber, drain waste tank /scrub clean (leave open). Clean undercarriage, wheels and moving parts (hair, string, lint etc. collect and cause drag). Keep cleaning closet neat and flush floor drain. Weekly tasks: Monday and Thursday; clean dressing room; rugs, sweep, clear cobwebs and clean mirror. Friday: Full dry mop under all clothing racks, displays, baskets, under grills, lawn mowers/ snow-blowers. Scrape/ remove stickers on floors. Clean problem spots/ paint on floors. Saturday: Thoroughly sweep and mop bathroom, kitchen, breakroom, office, lobby, entrance and carriage area. Sweep office stairs, vacuum office rug. Weekly: Order and put away products: toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, auto pads, squeegee blades. Additional projects to be determined depending on seasonal workload. Project a positive representation of Ace / Ben Franklin. Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as other associates. Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously and effectively. Communicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance. Perform all other duties as assigned. Physical Demands: Standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50lbs) and climbing.
