Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take customer orders accurately using Toast POS, and process transactions efficiently Assist in food handling to ensure quality standards and safety compliance are met Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards Manage retail sales transactions, process cash handling, and reconcile cash register operations at the end of shifts Requirements Previous experience in casual dining or brewpub environments is highly preferred Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Food industry experience including food handling, serving, and food safety protocols is desirable Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while honing your skills in the vibrant world of food service!
