Retail Sales Associate - Jewelry (Full-Time)

We are seeking proactive, goal-driven individuals with at least two years of consultative sales experience to join our dynamic team. Candidates should be skilled at listening closely, uncovering customers’ true needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations. While jewelry experience is not required, experience selling products with distinct features and benefits is valuable. We will provide training to ensure you have in-depth product knowledge and the skills to create an exceptional shopping experience. As a Shane Co. Jewelry Consultant You Will… Conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products, actively driving sales by meeting each customer’s unique needs. Cultivate strong customer relationships, maximize sales performance, share compelling product stories, and deliver an unparalleled experience for every guest. Work toward personal goals while contributing to team goals and the overall success of the store. Train and mentor new team members, share expertise, and give and receive feedback. Qualifications At least 2 years of consultative, customer‑facing sales experience selling products with clear features and benefits. Availability during evenings and weekends. High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity. Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Schedule Requires evenings and weekend availability. Store hours: Monday–Wednesday 10 AM–7 PM, Thursday–Friday 10 AM–8 PM, Saturday 10 AM–6 PM, Sunday noon–5 PM. We offer 7 paid holidays each year. Base Pay Range: $25,000 to $30,000. Placement is determined by interview, experience, skills, and market data. Indicated offers are usually toward the lower end; additional experience may result in a higher starting rate. Performance growth is linked to annual increases. Beyond Base Pay Team bonus ranging from $0 to $150 per week, paid annually. Individual sales performance bonus, paid annually, ranging from $2,000 to $50,000 depending on performance.
