We are currently hiring a Floor Manager to join our leadership team and take ownership of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the General Manager and fellow Service Manager to oversee daily operations.

Lead front-of-house staff with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining a polished guest experience.

Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the bar and service teams.

Mentor and train team members to uphold service standards and restaurant policies.

Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive resolutions.

Support scheduling, inventory management, and operational logistics in partnership with the management team.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles (experience in sushi or fine dining is a plus).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and composure.

A collaborative mindset, with the ability to effectively coordinate between service and bar operations.

Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
