Principal VoC PM, Speed - Customer Insight Leader

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Voice of the Customer in Speed to stand up a new VoC function supporting one of our fastest-growing delivery initiatives. You will design and execute qualitative and quantitative research with rigor for executive decisions and partner across selection, CX, UX Research, and analytics to shape the roadmap. You will own breakthrough customer insights, define experiments, and drive the backlog of insight-driven recommendations with owners and dates.
