Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence. You will provide one-on-one, patient-centered care, document progress, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
