Salary Range $18.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time
Description
Final mile delivery company is seeking a customer service representative to support our delivery team at our Hartford, CT location.
Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor our routing/dispatch program for driver performance
- Communicate with drivers on the status of their routes
- Answer incoming calls from drivers and customers
- Respond to emails from customers
- Assist with drivers returning at the end of their routes to ensure their routes are closed out on their devices
- Assist with general warehouse duties when needed
- Forklift experience preferred
- Send out internal emails with performance updates every two hours
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Compensation
$18.00/hour

Schedule:
- Five day schedule (Mon-Friday)
- 9 AM to 5:30 PM with a half hour lunch
- Some Saturday shifts (based on business needs)
- Holidays as needed
Education & Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience working in a transportation agency. Previous experience in a transportation agency or transportation company preferred but not required.
