Job Description

• Manage the company's accounting and tax operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review High-Networth Individual tax returns
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy in all financial statements.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead audits and collaborate with external auditors as needed.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and related documentation.
• Monitor and manage financial risks, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards relevant to the technology and telecoms industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Tax Officer should have:

• 6+ years of strong experience in high-networth tax
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in financial management systems and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities
