Senior Accountant Finance and Accounting

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger accounts, and prepare account reconciliations.
- Execute month-end and year-end close activities.
- Support manufacturing cost accounting, inventory analysis, and fixed asset accounting.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis.
- Maintain strong internal controls, assist with ERP system maintenance, and support treasury management and audits.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and sales tax.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- CPA or active CPA candidate.
