What You'll Do

As a Server Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless dining experience by supporting both our service and culinary teams.

Responsibilities include:

Assist servers throughout service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
Reset and prepare tables to company standards.
Refill water, clear plates, and anticipate guest needs.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations.
Polish glassware, silverware, and service equipment.
Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff.
Support opening and closing side work.
Uphold Kōsen's standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

Hospitality-minded with a positive attitude
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Weekend and evening availability required
Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate
Passion for fine dining and creating memorable guest experiences
