We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who can help shape the future of the brand and create advertising that drives both engagement and sales. Your Role You will seek inspiration from all available sources: galleries, videos, competitors, magazines, textbooks, customer reviews, social media comments, dreams, and memories and then transform those insights into compelling campaigns that introduce PROOF products to the world. The creative work you develop will be distributed across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Google, LinkedIn, and national television, supported by multimillion-dollar advertising budgets. Every concept you create will receive immediate real-world feedback from customers. You will have the rare opportunity to see your ideas move directly from concept to market, and know exactly how they performed. This role combines creative strategy, content creation, advertising, copywriting, leadership, and execution. Responsibilities Develop advertising concepts, campaign themes, creative angles, and messaging designed to drive customer acquisition and brand growth. Produce creative assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Google, and other digital channels. Write advertising copy, scripts, headlines, product descriptions, and marketing messaging. Capture and edit product photography and video content. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and leadership to bring concepts from idea to execution. Analyze campaign performance and use data to improve future creative decisions. Maintain and evolve PROOF's visual brand standards across all customer touchpoints. Manage creative production schedules and project priorities. Mentor, collaborate with, and provide feedback to other creative team members. Help establish creative processes and workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and output quality. Help shape the creative direction of one of the fastest-growing brands in our category. Develop advertising concepts that directly contribute to revenue growth. Build creative systems that increase both output quality and efficiency. Become a trusted creative leader within the organization. Produce work that competitors study and customers remember. Required Qualifications Proven experience creating advertising campaigns for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and video advertising content. Experience developing creative concepts from idea through final production. Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing. Experience with product photography and content creation. Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brands. Leadership, mentoring, or project management experience. Advanced understanding of consumer psychology and digital advertising best practices. Technical Skills You do not need to be an expert in every tool listed below. However, you should be highly capable in several of them and excited to continuously expand your skillset.
