Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Sales

Location: Anago Cleaning Systems of Cleveland– Field-based Outside Sales

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager & Owner

Position type: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–5 pm.

Base Salary: $60,000 a year

First Year OTE: $85,000-$120,000+

OVERVIEW

Anago Cleaning Systems of Cleveland is seeking a proven, high-performing Sales Representative. Someone who can scale local territory pipelines, activity, and sales results; who is both a relentless hunter and a disciplined sales operator; and who can build a best-in-class local sales footprint in partnership with regional leadership. This is a highly visible, revenue-driving role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of persistent outbound prospecting and face-to-face closing execution.

You will aggressively drive commercial cleaning sales efforts through actively cold calling, door knocking, and pursuing high-potential local clients through face-to-face consultations and closing – ensuring that every contract secured is aligned, performance-driven, and accelerating territory growth with high-quality recurring revenue streams. Equipped with an iPad, specialized bidding software, and a world-class 90-day training program, you will out-compete small operations and dominate the local market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pipeline Generation & Hunting

Spearhead territory growth by dedicating high-energy hours to cold calling and strategic door-knocking to build a robust sales pipeline.

Maintain a high frequency of prospecting touchpoints to ensure your sales funnel is always full and meeting activity quotas.

Identify and pursue untapped local business sectors with a hunter’s mindset, turning cold prospects into long-term contract partners.

Face-to-Face Consultations & Closing

Command face-to-face consultations with local business owners to diagnose facility needs and present customized Anago cleaning solutions.

Leverage qualified, 3rd-party verified appointments delivered by professional setters to maximize monthly closing ratios and earnings.

Architect winning proposals using an iPad-based tech stack to measure facilities and generate accurate, high-margin bids.

CRM & Data Discipline

Master the CRM by meticulously logging and managing all sales activities, ensuring every target is pursued with persistent follow-up.

Maintain clean pipeline health, accurate data tracking, and disciplined movement of deals from initial contact to close.

PERFORMANCE METRICS

Consistently close a minimum of $5,000 in monthly recurring contracts every single month.

Execute established daily and weekly frequency quotas across outbound phone calls and field prospecting drop-ins.

Comfortable running independent prospecting campaigns but equally skilled at presenting formal commercial bids to business owners.

PREFERRED SKILLS & TOOLS

2+ years of successful experience in B2B outside sales or the facility services industry.

1–2 years of experience specifically focused on outbound B2B appointment setting or cold-prospecting.

Experience with professional sales CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).

Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards, specialized floor care, or facility service operations.
