ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in banking, which helped build my passion for customer service, relationship-building, and helping people make informed financial decisions.

Community involvement is a huge part of who we are as an agency. I stay active with the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce and volunteer through my local church. Our office regularly participates in food drives, turkey giveaways, feeding the homeless, and other community events because giving back is something we genuinely value.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyna Carter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
