We have full time, part time and per diem options available. At Flexible Support Services, we are looking for a creative, compassionate Youth Group Leader to guide children and young adults (ages 6–22) toward greater independence, self-confidence, and positive relationships.In this dynamic role, you won't just run groups—you will be a catalyst for meaningful personal growth, helping youth navigate conflict resolution and build essential life skills. If you are an organized team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!**What You’ll Do*** **Facilitate Engaging Groups:** Plan and co-facilitate interactive sessions focused on social-emotional skill-building, community integration, psychoeducation, and vocational preparation.* **Provide Mentorship:** Deliver impactful therapeutic intervention and group interventions directly within the community for youth and families.* **Be a Connector:** Collaborate closely with other providers, natural supports, and families to ensure a holistic approach to care.* **Drive Success:** Provide and arrange reliable transportation for clients to and from group activities to eliminate barriers to clients accessing care. Mileage is reimbursed for approved work-related travel.* **Keep Connected:** Complete timely, accurate documentation and manage a flexible group schedule that adapts to client needs (afternoon and evening availability required).**What We’re Looking For:*** **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field from an accredited university or college.* **Experience:** At least 6 months of hands-on experience working with children, adolescents, transition-aged youth, or families.* **Requirements:** A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to transport clients. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
