ACUITY: Gtube, Trach and Vent Patient

Pay Rate: 32.00

Case#2

Location:Myakka City, FL

Schedule: 7am-7pm Sunday, Wednestday, Thursday, Friday , Saturday , 7pm-7am Sunday, Thursday, Saturday

ACUITY: Gtube, TBI

Pay Rate: 30.00

Case#3

Location: Bradenton, FL

Schedule: 8am-8pm Monday-Friday

ACUITY: Gtube, Seizures

Pay Rate: 30.00

Case#4

Location: Lakewood Ranch

Schedule:7am-7pm Wednestday- Friday , 8am-8pm Saturday

Bonus: $500.00 for any of these cases

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
