Senior Manager, Business Analyst & Scrum Master

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager to lead delivery of field sales force platform initiatives, including Veeva CRM and territory management systems. The role combines business analysis oversight, Scrum governance, and strategic partnership with sales operations and field leadership to ensure timely, high-quality platform outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own requirements strategy and oversee business analysis team in documenting functional specifications and user stories
- Govern Scrum ceremonies and agile practices; maintain visibility of sprint progress and Jira tracking
- Define and drive field sales platform roadmap in partnership with vendors and platform administrators
- Serve as primary business partner to sales operations and field leadership on platform initiatives
- Identify requirements gaps and data risks; develop mitigation plans and escalate issues affecting field operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field
- 10+ years of business analysis, delivery, or IT experience with team leadership
- Hands-on expertise with field sales force platforms such as Veeva CRM, territory alignment, or call planning
- Proven Scrum Master or agile delivery leadership experience
- Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
- Strong cross-functional program leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of commercial pharma field sales processes and workflows
