Job Summary

Responsibilities Design Leadership & Team Collaboration

• Lead assigned team members with confidence and clarity, ensuring each project is executed on time, on budget, and to our studio’s highest standards.
• Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused environment where design excellence thrives.

Creative Development & Client Engagement

• Develop and present thoughtful, compelling design concepts that align with each client’s lifestyle and vision.
• Guide clients through the design journey with professionalism, creativity, and care.

Project Management & Execution

• Oversee all phases of project execution—from design development and documentation to procurement, scheduling, and installation.
• Ensure design intent is translated with precision across all technical drawings, materials, and furnishings.

Sourcing & Vendor Coordination

• Source finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that reflect the project’s aesthetic and meet quality and budget expectations.
• Coordinate with contractors, builders, and vendors to maintain design integrity throughout every phase.

Client Communication & Meetings

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, managing all client communications and updates.
• Lead meetings with clients, builders, and partners to ensure alignment and forward momentum.

Elevated Client Experience

• Provide a seamless, high-touch experience for clients and collaborators from concept to completion.

Studio Support

• Contribute to the success of the studio by taking on additional responsibilities as needed, in alignment with the direction of the Principal Designer.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of professional interior design experience - including at least three years experience leading luxury residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of interior design concepts relating to residential construction
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
