JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Organizes, coordinates, and implements various resident services and programs and acts as an information source for and help to residents related to local market resources. JOB DESCRIPTION Unit Count: 633 Property Type: High Rise; Stabilized Work Schedule: M-F; 6:30am - 3:30 pm Position: We are looking for a dynamic Lead Concierge who is a self-starter, organized, and computer savvy for our luxury high-rise community. Must have experience as a concierge or doorman. Bonus: $100 average bonus a month Greets prospects and residents, monitors guest traffic, answers calls, assists with package deliveries, maintains logs, and keeps residents informed about local services. #LI-JG1 The hourly range for this position is $22.12 - $27.00 (Oakland) Additional Compensation Many factors influence pay within the range, including experience, skills, and location. Corporate Positions: May be eligible for quarterly or annual bonuses based on performance. Onsite Property Positions: May participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly bonus programs.
