Position Overview
Seeking experienced Emergency Room RNs to provide care for patients with a wide range of needs, from non-critical conditions to emergent medical situations and urgent mental health care.


The Emergency Department cares for patients arriving by walk-in or emergency transport. ED staff are certified to care for critical cardiac and trauma patients, including children.


Requirements
Minimum 3 year of experience of RN ED
Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at submission
BLS – Healthcare Provider Level
ACLS
TNCC
PALS
CEN preferred
Responsibilities
Provide emergency nursing care to patients with varying levels of acuity.
Care for patients with medical, trauma, cardiac, pediatric, and urgent mental health needs.
Assess and monitor patient conditions.
Administer treatments and medications within scope of practice.
Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Respond appropriately to emergent and critical patient situations
