Our product portfolio serves a wide range of construction applications, with a strong focus on Division 03 – Concrete and Division 07 – Thermal and Moisture Protection , including waterproofing, air barriers, vapor protection, joint systems, concrete treatments, curing and sealing products, and related construction materials. The Opportunity W. R. Meadows is seeking a Client Relations and Inside Sales Representative to join our Cartersville, GA team and support customers throughout the southeastern United States. This position is an important part of our sales organization and serves as a key point of contact for customers, distributors, contractors, and our outside sales team across the region. The successful candidate will develop strong product knowledge, manage customer inquiries and quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and help customers identify the right W. R. Meadows products and solutions for their projects. What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email and provide timely, professional assistance to customers throughout the southeastern United States. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and other construction industry customers across the assigned territory. Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales opportunities. Conduct proactive follow-up with customers on open quotes and projects. Support outside sales representatives with quoting, customer communication, project information, and sales activities throughout the southeast. Learn and maintain a strong working knowledge of W. R. Meadows products, applications, and competitive products. Assist customers in identifying appropriate products and solutions based on project requirements. Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer and opportunity information. Utilize CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office, and other company systems to document customer interactions, quotes, orders, and sales activity. Identify opportunities for additional sales through product recommendations, cross-selling, and proactive customer engagement. Coordinate with internal departments, distributors, outside sales representatives, and customers to ensure orders and projects are handled accurately and efficiently. Assist with project research, product information, specifications, submittals, and other technical sales-support activities as needed. Maintain accurate records and follow established pricing, quoting, and sales procedures. Help ensure consistent, responsive service across the southeastern United States territory. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or a related B2B environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email across a regional territory. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Ability to learn technical products, applications, and industry terminology. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team. Positive, professional, customer-focused attitude. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in construction, building materials, manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry. Experience working with contractors, distributors, architects, engineers, or other construction professionals. Familiarity with construction materials and their applications. Experience with CRM or ERP systems. Ability to read and interpret construction specifications, drawings, or project documentation. Experience preparing material quotations, estimates, or takeoffs. Knowledge of concrete, waterproofing, air barriers, or other Division 03/07 products. Experience supporting customers or sales teams across a multi-state territory. Construction industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong sales ability, communication skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn. R. Meadows Cartersville, GA location, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The Inside Sales Representative will support customers, distributors, contractors, and outside sales representatives throughout the southeastern United States while working closely with the Cartersville team.
