This is a front-line execution role responsible for answering phones, booking appointments, and protecting the daily schedule.
What You’ll Do:
Answer inbound calls with a smile. Be professional and confident
Book service calls, estimates, and follow-ups (service and construction)
Manage and optimize technician schedules
Confirm appointments via phone/text/email
Communicate clearly with customers and field staff
