Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a post-acute care setting
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and motor skills
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience working in a post-acute or skilled nursing care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a post-acute care setting (PACS)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
