Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision, ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with patient education and support for families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
