Bronson Orthopedic Trauma, Foot & Ankle Specialists is seeking a dynamic Advanced Practice Provider (PA or FNP) to join their practice in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This position will primarily support the orthopedic trauma service at Bronson Methodist Hospital, the only Level I Trauma Center in Southwest Michigan.

The APP will provide comprehensive care to orthopedic trauma and foot/ankle patients in both the outpatient clinic and surgical settings. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing patients independently and collaboratively with physicians, assisting in the operating room, and coordinating treatment plans across the continuum of care.

The Practice
Three physicians and four Advanced Practice Providers
Two fellowship-trained orthopedic traumatologists specializing in:
Polytrauma
Fractures, including complex fractures
Malunions and nonunions
One fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon with expertise in both elective foot and ankle reconstruction and orthopedic trauma
Close collaboration with Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, and hospital-based teams to provide coordinated care for patients with acute musculoskeletal injuries
Provides full continuum of quality care, from routine testing and diagnostics on-site to the most progressive medical and surgical treatments.
