Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Discovery Canyon Campus to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality early childhood education. The Site Director will oversee staff, manage enrollment, maintain licensing compliance, and partner with families to support each child’s growth. In this role, you’ll coach and develop teachers, manage budgets, and uphold safety and curriculum standards. You will collaborate with KinderCare’s network of professionals, contribute to program improvement, and foster an inclusive, nurturing culture where children, families, and staff feel supported and engaged.
