Job Description

• Lead and manage daytoday production activities within a highvolume stamping and punch press operation
• Supervise, coach, and develop production leads, operators, and temporary labor across assigned shifts
• Maintain safe, efficient, and organized manufacturing operations while meeting throughput and quality targets
• Provide handson support on the shop floor, troubleshooting tooling, equipment, and production issues
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to enforce production standards, priorities, and process improvements
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and labor allocation to meet changing production demands
• Support tooling changeovers, die maintenance coordination, and machine readiness
• Drive accountability around safety, quality, attendance, and performance expectations
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions related to downtime, scrap, or quality issues
• Ensure operational goals are met while maintaining a strong team culture and clear communication

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in a production leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with handson exposure to Tool & Die, stamping, or punch press operations
• Background as a die maker or highly technical shift leader looking to step into (or continue in) management
• Ability to lead from the floor while still managing people, priorities, and performance
• Experience enforcing production standards and operational direction set by senior leadership
• Comfort working in a highvolume, fastpaced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead permanent and temporary workforces
• Willingness to work flexible hours or support offshift operations as needed
