Order & Customer Care Specialist

Ultipro is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry/Customer Service representative. You will handle inbound calls, enter orders, manage POs in the ERP system, and provide timely order confirmations. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork to support sales and operations across departments.
