Healthcare Revenue Analyst

Healthcare Revenue Analyst AllerVie Health | Frisco, TX | Full-Time

AllerVie Health is a national allergy and immunology platform with a growing finance and revenue cycle function. We are seeking a Healthcare Revenue Analyst to support revenue reporting, reimbursement analysis, and financial operations out of our Frisco, TX headquarters.

What You'll Own

• Analyze revenue trends by payer, service line, location, and CPT code to identify variances and opportunities
• Support month-end close activities related to net revenue, contractual adjustments, and AR reporting
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking key RCM metrics including denial rates, days in AR, collection rates, and payer reimbursement timeliness
• Partner with the RCM team to reconcile billed charges against collected revenue and identify underpayments or billing discrepancies
• Assist with net revenue calculations, contractual allowance modeling, and bad debt reserve analysis
• Support internal and external audits with schedules, documentation, and data pulls
• Collaborate with payer contracting, billing, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting
• Participate in system upgrades, process improvement initiatives, and ad hoc financial analysis as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in healthcare finance, revenue cycle analytics, or a related role
• Familiarity with RCM workflows including claims, denials, payments, and contractual adjustments
• Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting tools or BI platforms a plus
• Preferred: experience in multisite physician practice, familiarity with CPT-level reimbursement analysis, and ERP or RCM systems such as NetSuite, Athena, or AdvancedMD
