Work Environment\nThis role is 100% remote, allowing for a flexible work environment that prioritizes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to inform treatment plans. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients’ goals while monitoring their progress and adjusting interventions as needed. \n
- Document detailed clinical notes, including medical histories, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment outcomes, using our EHR system to provide seamless service continuity. \n
- Engage in ongoing, multidisciplinary case consultations to improve client care and collaboratively address complex needs. \n
- Provide education and support to families and caregivers, helping them navigate community-based services and resources for additional support. \n
- Work effectively within a crisis-driven environment, demonstrating knowledge of trauma-informed care, substance abuse issues, and serious mental health disorders. \n
- Participate in regular supervision sessions and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and enhance your clinical skills. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California. \n
- At least one year of direct experience providing counseling services to individuals and families. \n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other relevant clinical software. \n
Experience working in community mental health settings and knowledge of local resources will enhance the effectiveness of your role. Previous experience handling crisis situations and working with trauma-affected populations is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits\nSalary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Keck Health Care Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
