Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel Speech Language Pathologist and apply your clinical skills in Arlington, TX at a hospital setting. You will evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders across a variety of inpatient populations. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and documentation consistent with hospital policies. Thank you for your time and responsiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Active Texas SLP state license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred; must have prior hospital experience.
  • Experience with short-term acute care and critical care patient populations preferred.
  • Former HCA experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with instrumental swallow assessment and treatment.
  • Familiarity with hospital EMR systems and inpatient documentation standards.

Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 0800-1630.
  • Rotating weekend coverage: approximately 2 weekend days per 4-week scheduling period.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide evidence-based SLP services to support improved patient outcomes in an acute care hospital. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and discharge recommendations that support continuity of care.
